Infection in the vagina due to drop in the estrogen level causes vaginal dryness. It is a condition in which the becomes dry due to lack of lubrication. Applying aloe vera gel is very soothing and helps in curing the dryness problem. You can apply the pulp of aloe vera directly as it is an effective moisturizer. You can drink aloe vera extracts to improve lubrication. One of the home remedies for vaginal dryness is to boil one glass of water with 1 teaspoon of fenugreek seeds for 15 minutes and then drink it. It helps in maintaining your blood sugar levels too. You can apply yoghurt on your and leave it for some time and then wash it thoroughly as it is made up of useful bacteria that help in curing the problem.

Estrogen level can be raised by herbs like Dong Quai which you have take daily without worrying about the side effects. This is very helpful as it takes care of the problem completely. One of the useful home remedies for vaginal dryness is by mixing ashwagandha and saffron in the right proportions with warm milk and drinking it daily. You have to either introduce freshly ground flax seeds/flax oil in your daily diet to improve the lubrication. Include iron, vitamins and minerals in your diet or use supplements.

You can apply tea tree oil as it is very effective in curing the problem. The other home remedies for vaginal dryness is including fish, pumpkin seeds, sesame seeds, sunflower seeds and nuts in your diet. All these belong to the fatty acid category. You can either have the fruit or take extracts of hop and red raspberry. Avoid caffeine and include fruit and vegetable juices in your diet.
